What do you struggle with in life?
In the human experience, every obstacle has an internal and external aspect. The struggle itself often comes from focusing on the external component, while it is in fact the internal that we have more control over. However the internal side can be scary, uncomfortable, or simply too hard to see.
Now there is a way to get clarity and support with your internal blockages. Imagine being with an intimate group of people who face the same challenges as you. Imagine getting to witness their process of unraveling the inner knots around those challenges in a deeply authentic way. Imagine getting to share your own story as well, with the support of the group and a trauma-informed guide. Now imagine the relief, levity, love, acceptance, connection, wholeness that can wash over you as you integrate this kind of experience…
That is what Harmony Workshops are all about!
Harmony Workshops are live, online support groups focused around a particular theme. Each group is a 5-session series, with only 5 participants and one NARM-certified host. Each session can last up to two hours, and we ask that all participants commit to attending all 5 sessions. They will take place over Zoom , a free teleconferencing app.
Some of our Harmony Workshop themes include (but are not limited to):
- Welcoming Joy
- Unlocking Abundance
- Establishing Boundaries
- Dancing with Grief
- Deepening in Gratitude
To see the full list or add a suggestion of your own, please fill out our wait-list form.
Individuals can fill out the wait-list form, and you will receive an invitation to enroll once a workshop becomes available that meets your interest and availability. Alternatively if you organize your own group of 5, we can begin immediately (assuming everyone’s availability lines up).

If you’re representing a corporation or non-profit and you’re interested in doing a similar workshop as part of a corporate wellness program, please contact us directly.
Still not sure? You can fill out the wait-list form anyway – there is room for feedback at the end. Alternatively, you can join our facebook group to engage in discussion. Check out the flyer below that we’ve used as a template for Harmony Workshops.
